"John Carter" is a sci-fi film that might be awesome. This looks like Disney's version of "Avatar" a little. I love the alien and epic feel of the film that seems to want to take you on an epic adventure.

"Battleship" looks awesome. It is suppose to be based off the game, but how do they do that? This film looks like a little "Independence Day" meets "Behind Enemy Lines" meets "Skyline"? I will say this, any movie Liam Neeson is in has to be good. Check out the trailer below. "Battleship" hits the silver screen on May 18, 2012.

As you might know, many people were let down by "Clash of the Titans" that came out in 2010. Well, Warner Bros. is making a sequel. I am shockingly surprised on how good this trailer looks, but then again, the "Clash of the Titans" trailer looked pretty good too. Take a look at "Wrath of the Titans" below and decide for yourself. In theaters March 30, 2012.
Synopsis: A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus—the demigod son of Zeus—is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus' godly son, Ares (Edgar Ramírez), switch loyalty and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans' strength grows stronger as Zeus' remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), Poseidon's demigod son, Argenor (Toby Kebbell), and fallen god Hephaestus (Bill Nighy), Perseus bravely embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind. "Prometheus" is Ridley Scott's new action adventure sci-fi film. If you get the feeling that you are watching "Aliens", you wouldn't be wrong, though Ridley Scott has said this is not a sequel to the "Alien" films. But it sure looks like it. Look for the brief clip in the trailer when an alien creature jumps on a man's face. That is very similar to the "Alien" films for sure. This should be a good film and the special effects look like an A+. "Prometheus" hits theaters June 8, 2012.
Synopsis: A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race. Source: IMDb
